All orders are shipped from Uk Royal Mail services.

Once you've received your shipment email, your order is with Royal Mail, and we no longer have control over how long they take to deliver. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but unfortunately the situation is out of our hands.

Once you have placed your order please allowed 2-5 days for your order to be processed and packed before sending.

We aim to to prep and pack your order the next day after your order has been processed, but not promised.

Please allow up to 5-10 working days for UK delivery and up to 30 working days for international delivery.

Please note; these delivery timings are longer than usual due to the impact that coronavirus has had. 

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when placing an order as LIV LOUISE COSwill not be responsible for orders with incorrect delivery details.
