Refund Policy

Returns are not accepted due to hygiene reasons. However if the order is;

unopened, you have received a faulty item or you have accidentally been sent the wrong item, then you have 7 days from the day you received the parcel to return.

If any of these above reasons apply to your order then you must return your order in the original unopened and sealed packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.

Before doing so you MUST email us with your reason for returning otherwise we unfortunately cannot accept the returned items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the unusual event that your items arrive damaged or faulty then please email us at @livlouisecosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and photo of your faulty/damaged item.

Once we have received your return you will receive an email to say we have received your returned item and wether it has been accepted or denied for a refund.

If approved then we will process your refund and it will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take anything from 5-10 working days to clear.
